NR Health & Fitness Set to Open 24-Hour Gym at Dereham Shopping Centre

We are delighted to welcome NR Health & Fitness to Dereham Shopping Centre.

 

Opening this July in the former Wilko store on High Street, the new family-run fitness club will offer 24,000 square feet of state of the art studio space across two floors.

 

Facilities will include a full range of cardio equipment, a dedicated Pilates studio, a recovery suite featuring an ice bath and sauna, as well as an on-site coffee shop.

 

The gym will operate 24 hours a day, and daytime visitors can take advantage of the 3 hours free parking in the Dereham Shopping Centre car park on Commercial Road.

 

Renovation is well under way, and we can't wait to see the finished result.
