20th anniversary fun!

🚀On Saturday 30th August 2025, Dereham Shopping Centre blasted off into celebration with a space-themed family fun day. Marking 20 years of the Shopping Centre, the day was filled with sunshine, smiles, and plenty of cosmic fun for all ages.

🛍️Shoppers were treated to live performances from local vocalist Lucy Short, who entertained shoppers with classic hits from across the decades.  Children got creative with space-themed rope and braid making courtesy of the Braiding Badger, while the Punch & Judy show provided timeless fun. 

⭐Visitors praised the event as “a great way to bring the community together” and one of our shopping centre managers, Eunice, who played a key role in organising the event, was delighted to see such a high turnout, “Thanks to everyone who has attended to help us celebrate 20 years at the heart of the community.  It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying themselves. It was also good to see shop staff come out for a picture and even a dance!”

🏙️Since opening its doors in 2005, Dereham Shopping Centre has become a cornerstone of the local high street. The 20th anniversary event not only celebrated its history but also highlighted its ongoing commitment to serving as a vibrant hub for shopping and community life.
