Centre Information

Located in the heart of Dereham Town Centre, Dereham Shopping Centre is a 17-unit shopping complex. Dereham is a market town, based 15 miles west of Norwich, close to the A47 with the centre attracting and welcoming more than 1 million visitors a year.

Boasting an array of different shops, customers can find everything they need with stores ranging from Starlings Toymaster right through to women’s clothing retailer, Peacocks along with health and beauty store, Savers, to name a few. Follow the link the Our Stores page to discover more.

Developed in 2005, the shopping centre was designed to bring a new life to Dereham Town Centre and provide more for the residents and visitors alike. This included a resurfaced car park for up to 240 cars, allowing customers to park, for free, for up to 3 hours whilst they enjoy all that Dereham and Dereham Shopping Centre has to offer.

The shopping centre is now deep rooted in the community, hosting events throughout the year including the ever-popular Christmas Light Switch on, taking place in November.
